Failure to make payment when due may result in work stoppage and additional charges. We accept payment by cash, check, or other methods specified in your written agreement.
All prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in the written agreement.
Warranty terms for installation workmanship and materials are specified in the written agreement for each project. Product warranties are governed by the terms provided by the manufacturer of the turf product used, which we will provide to you at the time of installation. Our workmanship warranty applies only to defects arising from our installation and does not cover damage caused by misuse, physical damage, acts of nature, improper maintenance, or modifications made after installation.
Except as expressly stated in your written agreement, all implied warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
By requesting our services, you represent that you are the property owner or an authorized representative of the property owner. You are responsible for providing accurate information about the project site, obtaining any required permits or HOA approvals before work begins, ensuring access to the work area on the scheduled date, and marking the locations of underground utilities before our crew arrives. We are not responsible for delays, costs, or damage caused by your failure to fulfill these responsibilities.
We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellation of a confirmed project after a deposit has been paid may result in partial forfeiture of the deposit as specified in your written agreement. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide as much advance notice as possible in such situations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Brawley Artificial Grass Installation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
